What is the deadline for registration?
Don’t miss your chance to Roar Loud with us!
Online registration closes on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, at 4:30 p.m.
Missed the online deadline? Walk-in registration will be available on Friday, November 6, 2026, from 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. at the Lee E. Williams Athletics and Assembly Center (AAC). The day-of registration fee is $30 per person, with the option to purchase a Roaring Loud T-shirt for an additional $15.
When and how will I receive my registration package?
Registration packages will not be mailed. Please pick up your package during one of the following times:
- Thursday, November 5, 2026 | 1:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. | Office of Undergraduate Recruitment, 1342 West Pearl Street, Jackson, MS
- Friday, November 6, 2026 | 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. | Lee E. Williams Athletics and Assembly Center (AAC)
Can someone else pick up my package for me?
Yes! Email roaringloud@jsums.edu with the name of the person who will pick up your package. They will need to show identification and sign for the package.
I’m not attending, but I want a T-shirt. How can I get one?

Will I get a game ticket as part of my registration?
No ticket needed! A special game day wristband will be provided at check-in, which will serve as your entry into the JSU vs. Mississippi Valley State University football game on Saturday, November 7, 2026. Be sure to wear your wristband for game day entry!
How do I add new registrants to an existing registration?
Please submit any changes to an existing registration by Tuesday, November 3, 2026. To avoid duplicate registrations, email your updates to roaringloud@jsums.edu.
What does the registration fee include?
Your registration fee covers:
- Entry to the High School Day program
- Campus tour
- Academic and Student Organization Resource Fair
- A meal
- Saturday game day entry
One registration gives you access to a full Roaring Loud experience!
Can I make changes on the day of the event?
No changes will be made on event day. Please submit all edits to your registration by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 3, 2026.
Do I need to sign up for campus tours in advance?
No! There is no separate campus tour sign-up. All registered participants will receive a campus tour on Friday, November 6, 2026.
How long are the tours?
Each tour lasts about 45 minutes. Please arrive on time to enjoy the full experience!
Is walk-in registration available?
Yes! Walk-in registration will be open Friday, November 6, 2026, from 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. at the Lee E. Williams Athletics and Assembly Center (AAC).
Which gates should High School Day registrants use for Saturday game day?
High School Day registrants will enter through Gate 11. Please keep your event credentials with you and follow event-day directions upon arrival.
What does Saturday game day entry include?
High School Day registration includes Saturday game day entry for registered participants who remain in the area on Saturday, November 7, 2026.
Will ADA accommodations be available?
Yes! The Mississippi Veterans Memorial Stadium has designated handicap-accessible seating available. If you’ll need ADA accommodations for the event program, please let us know in advance by emailing roaringloud@jsums.edu.
If my students can’t attend, can I get a refund?
Registration fees are non-refundable. Please make any needed registration updates by Tuesday, November 3, 2026.
Do I have to pay for parking?
Buses and Vans: Can park free in the Farmers Market parking area and will receive parking credentials with their registration materials for access.
Cars and Trucks: Must park in the general parking area. A parking fee is required. Parking can be purchased here: JSU vs. Mississippi Valley State University Parking
